Back by popular demand! We invite you to join Vondeling and Indonesian born, Connie Snow for an informal and interactive Indonesian cooking workshop.

Connie will teach you to cook 4 Indonesian dishes namely:

  • Soto Bobor Kraton (soup with prawns, maize & spinach)
  • Ajam Paniki (spicy chicken in coconut-based sauce)
  • Babi Rica Rica (pork in a spicy sauce of chillies, ginger, lemon grass & lime leaves) and
  • Sambal Goreng Buncis Telor (green beans & boiled eggs in a coconut based sauce)

After the four dishes have been prepared we sit down and enjoy your self- prepared Indonesian meal with a bottle (or two) of Vondeling wine. Very limited space available – book now!
